Use It or Lose It!

Matthew 25:14-30

Today, this lesson has proven to apply to many areas of life. Use what has been given or Lose it!

Now, I am working as an English Teacher and it is clear that the need for English will become a priority for the country of Viet Nam. After attending a conference this past week titled, "Rethinking English Language Education For Today's Vietnam", I have learned about the efforts of Vietnamese to begin really "using" English. The goal is for Viet Nam to have English as it's official "Second Language" by the year 2020.

It is imperative for us to use our skills, gifts, love and care to serve others - because if we don't, we might lose out on many "life opportunities".
Students as well as colleagues, friends, and family have taken the time off on today, November 20th, 2008 to celebrate "Vietnamese Teacher's Day". They have taken the time to USE their creativity and thankfulness as a way to express themselves! They don't want to lose the special feeling, the special bond, that takes place between Teachers and Students.
Use today in a similar way and be sure to say Thank You to the people who help you USE what you have leanred!
In His grace,
James

Have a great day!
